A. V. , de 20 a\u00f1os , por Tentativa Hurto Calificado en la ciudad de Vera.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se origin\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una denuncia, manifestando la v\u00edctima que le sustrajeron su motocicleta la cual hab\u00eda dejado estacionada sin medidas de seguridad frente de un boliche sobre calle Rivadavia al 1300, de la ciudad de Vera.<\/p>\n<p>Seguidamente personal policial, durante un patrullaje preventivo, hall\u00f3 la motocicleta denunciada oculta entre la maleza, a un costado de la cuneta sobre calle J. V. Gonz\u00e1lez, constat\u00e1ndose que los n\u00fameros de motor y chasis coincid\u00edan con los del rodado sustra\u00eddo. Se procedi\u00f3 a su secuestro preventivo y traslado a sede policial.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, identificaron al hombre L. A.
