El juicio oral por su causa iba a comenzar el 4 de octubre pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>En la jornada de este jueves falleci\u00f3 en Santa Fe Silvio &#8220;Cudy&#8221; Stefanucci (70), comunicador social de Vera que hab\u00eda sido imputado por abusos sexuales.<\/p>\n<p>La primera fecha del juicio oral hab\u00eda sido programada para el jueves 13 de abril, pero luego fue reprogramada debido a una afecci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica del fiscal del caso Leandro Benegas.<\/p>\n<p>Tras pasar varios meses, la nueva fecha para el proceso estaba fijada para el pr\u00f3ximo 4 de octubre para juzgar su supuesta autor\u00eda de delitos de naturaleza sexual.<\/p>\n<p>Esta noche, el fiscal Benegas dijo a <strong>InfoVera<\/strong> que con la muerte del \u00fanico imputado &#8220;se\u00a0 extingue la acci\u00f3n penal&#8221;, en consecuencia el juicio queda sin efecto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Silvio &#8220;Cudy&#8221; Stefanucci muri\u00f3 hoy en Santa Fe.
